This consortium is designed for order-to-cash process owners in major companies to share, discuss and make progress on process innovations, improvement ideas and leadership issues of common interest. Our agendas, developed collaboratively in advance, address the four key areas of order-to-cash leadership shown below. Within each area, discussion topics are defined by the interests of members and vary significantly from meeting to meeting. In some of our recent meetings, we addressed the following topics:
In normal years, our O2C process leaders meetĀ face-to-face three times per year to learn from each other about successes in streamlining and improving the end-to-end process. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our last face-to-face meeting was February 12 & 13, 2020 in Orlando. Since then, we have met approximately once a quarter by videoconference. We expect this format to be the in place at least until late 2023.
New to the consortium in 2021 was a benchmarking of comparative O2C practices that focus on operational and policy choices leading to desired outcomes of the O2C process.
New members may join the consortium at any time. If you would like to learn more or discuss participating in this consortium, please contact John Pancoast via his profile at linkedin.com/in/pancoast.
